ORDERING

How do I order from the ThreadArt website?

Browse through our on-line catalog by clicking on icons, pictures and underlined text. Add items that interest you to your shopping cart. You are not committed to buying an item by adding it to your shopping cart. When you are through making your selections review your shopping cart and proceed to check-out following the easy on-line instructions.

 

Ordering online with ThreadArt.com is secure. If however, you do not feel comfortable sending your credit card number over the internet then you may complete the ordering process without entering your credit card information.  Note the order confirmation number that you receive and call our customer service number at 281-373-5058 or toll free at 1-800-504-6867.  We will take your credit card information over the phone.  Our office hours are M-F 8am to 3pm CST.

 

How do I order by Fax or Mail?

We accept credit cards, checks, and money orders for orders by mail.  Fax orders should include credit card information unless you prefer to call a customer service representative to give this information over the phone.  Browse through the online or print catalog to make your selections. How do I order by Phone?

Browse through our online or print catalog.  When you are finished making your selections then call 281-373-5058 or toll free 1-800-504-6867 and we will take your order over the phone. Our normal business hours are M-F, 8am to 3pm CST.

 

What payment methods does ThreadArt accept?

Threadart accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, money orders, personal checks and Paypal.

 

Who can purchase from ThreadArt?

ThreadArt is open to everyone.  We have no minimum purchasing requirements.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with an item then you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.  After the initial 30 day period has expired, we will accept items that are in original packaging and condition. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

How do I make a return?

Returns should be sent to ThreadArt.com, Return Dept., 16333 Mueschke Rd - Ste B, Cypress, TX 77433.  Please include a copy of your original sales receipt and reason for return with your package.  We suggest that you send with tracking information and proof of delivery.  ThreadArt can not be responsible for packages lost in transit.  Original merchandise must be received by ThreadArt before a refund can be processed.  We do not refund shipping and handling charge on your invoice unless the item was damaged or incorrect. 

Refunds will be processed to the proper credit card account within 7-10 days. 

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges should be made within 30 days of purchase.  If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, return to ThreadArt Return Dept, 16333 Mueschke Rd. - Ste B, Cypress, TX 77433.  Please include a copy of your original sales receipt, contact information, and exchange information with your package.  We suggest that you send with tracking information and proof of delivery.  ThreadArt can not be responsible for packages lost in transit.  Original merchandise must be received by ThreadArt before an exchange can be processed.  Additional shipping charges will be applied to your order.

What if the color is not what I wanted?

We have tried our best to accurately display the colors of our products on our site. Actual colors that you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect the colors of our products.  Please call to request a swatch if you need exact color matching.  You may return an item if it is not the color you need.  We do not refund shipping and handling charges for color reasons.

At ThreadArt.com, we understand your concerns about security. We utilize SSL (secure sockets layer) to provide secure online ordering. The information that you provide while placing your order with ThreadArt.com - including your credit card number - is secure; it can not be read or tampered with during transmission. If you are using a recent version of Internet Explorer, Netscape or America On-line then all information that you submit during the ordering process will be automatically encrypted for security. If you are using an older browser, we recommend that you upgrade to a more recent version before placing your order.

USA Standard Shipping

We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible and most orders are shipped within 2 days of placing your order. If we are not able to ship your order within two weeks then we will send you an E-mail message with the expected shipping date and you will be given the option to cancel or modify your order.  USA shipping is free for all orders over $99.00 (sorry Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are not included). To speed your shipping, your order may come in separate shipments.  If this is the case, you will not be charged any additional shipping.

Items will not be charged to your credit card until they are shipped.

USA Priority Shipping

For priority shipping in the US, please add $5.00 to the standard shipping rates.  For orders above $99.00, the shipping cost is 3% of the order total + $15.95 handling charge.

USA Air Shipping

We do offer expedited shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. ThreadArt charges actual shipping costs for all expedited options.  The cost is determined by the weight and size of the shipments. If you need air shipping call our customer service number at 281-373-5058 or toll free at 1-800-504-6867.  We will take your information over the phone.  Our business hours are M-F 8am to 3pm CST.

ThreadArt and our shipping carriers do not guarantee delivery dates.

We typically ship Canadian orders via US Air Mail, US Global Priority or UPS International.

International Shipping

International orders will be charged actual costs plus a $2.00 handling fee.  We typically ship international orders via US Express Mail, US Global Priority or US Air Mail. You will not see the shipping rates as you are checking out on our website.  These charges are determined when the package ships.  Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, and brokers fees.  Backordered items and items with shipping restrictions will be cancelled from your order.

SALES TAX

Applicable sales tax of 7.25% will be added for shipments to residents of TX.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

We have selected products based on their outstanding quality and know that you will be delighted with your selections.  If, however, for any reason you are not delighted then we will gladly replace the item or offer you a full refund whichever you prefer.
